We start with the actual moment you're in, not the polished version. What's weighing on you? What brought you here?

The Glow Map — 40 min

Your story, mapped

We trace the arc of your life: the highs, the pivots, what actually shaped you. Where you've been is data, not baggage, and it usually holds a clue.

The Real Work — 45 min

Finding the actual issue

Most people come in with a surface problem. We go underneath. This is where the relational intelligence work happens, the stuff that actually shifts things.

The Close — 15 min

One next move

We don't end with a five-year plan. We end with one true move: small, honest, and yours. Something you can actually do this week.

After the session

Nope. Plenty of people book without a neat "problem" label. You just need to show up willing to be honest. We'll find the real thing together.
Then you cry. It happens more than you'd think, not because it's heavy, but because it's real. We're not going to make it weird. We'll hand you a metaphorical tissue and keep going.
Luke has a ministry background, and that shapes his warmth, but sessions aren't faith-based by default. If your faith is part of your story, it's welcome here. If it's not, that's equally fine.
