why lil' bird
Through many seasons of my life I've found myself lost, stuck, and at times I'd forgotten who I was. I've been broken, with a million pieces of myself on the floor. My wings were clipped. It took a coach coming alongside me to help me rediscover all the things that made me, me.
I got back in sync with the little boy who was curious. The boy who would pick up his best friend, Big Bird, and take him on adventures. The version of me before my backpack was filled with rocks, suffocated by inhibitions, and plagued by self-doubt. Your story will be different, but like me, I'm willing to bet you have your own rocks.
I've built lil' bird to help you see yourself again: how you're wired, your story, the weird kaleidoscope that made you you. We don't take ourselves too seriously. We take coaching, and your highest good, very seriously.
